1. Introduction

Welcome to our cryptocurrency platform (the "Platform"), serving users in Cameroon and beyond. By accessing or using any of our services—including virtual card issuance, mobile money integration, and other value-added services—you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

2. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account and complete identity verification (KYC/AML), as required by Cameroonian regulations. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and securing your login credentials.

3. Cryptocurrency Services

Our Platform enables the buying, selling, trading, and storage of cryptocurrencies. We also support fiat-to-crypto exchanges, primarily in Central African CFA francs (XAF), subject to local regulatory frameworks.

4. Virtual Cards

We issue virtual payment cards that can be funded with cryptocurrency or fiat. These cards are subject to:

  • Terms and conditions of our issuing partners
  • Spending limits and usage restrictions
  • Cameroonian and international regulations
  • Defined validity or expiration periods

5. Value-Added Services (VAS)

Our Value-Added Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Crypto staking and yield generation
  • Merchant crypto payment processing
  • P2P trading and escrow services
  • API integrations for developers
  • Mobile money deposits and withdrawals

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for:

  • Illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorism financing
  • Fraud, scams, or market manipulation
  • Bypassing security or abusing the system
  • Violating sanctions, embargoes, or regulatory restrictions

7. Fees

Fees may apply to crypto transactions, card usage, mobile money services, and VAS. All applicable fees will be transparently displayed prior to transaction completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Volatility in cryptocurrency prices
  • Loss of funds due to compromised credentials
  • Service outages beyond our control
  • Failure of third-party integrations or providers

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Douala, Cameroon, in accordance with local arbitration rules.
