- Contact Data (Mobile App Only): When you choose recipients from your contacts, we temporarily access names and phone numbers but only transmit the selected recipient's number
- Biometric Data (Mobile App Only): When enabled, we use your device's biometric authentication (fingerprint/face) solely for app access verification. We never store or transmit actual biometric data.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used for:
- Account verification and security
- Processing transactions and Virtual Card operations
- Regulatory compliance (KYC/AML)
- Service improvement and customer support
- Contact Data: Only to facilitate payment recipient selection. Full contact lists never leave your device.
- Biometric Data: Solely for local authentication on your device. The biometric verification occurs entirely on your device and we never receive or store your actual biometric data.
3. Data Sharing
We may share your data with:
- Banking and payment processing partners
- Virtual Card issuers and network providers
- Regulatory authorities when required by law
- Service providers under strict confidentiality
- Important: We never share your contact lists or biometric data with any third parties. These remain exclusively on your device.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- End-to-end encryption of sensitive data
- Multi-factor authentication options
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- Secure storage protocols with AES-256 encryption
- Biometric Data: Processed exclusively through your device's secure enclave. We only receive a confirmation of successful authentication.
- Contact Data: Processed locally on your device. Only recipient phone numbers are transmitted during transactions.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data under certain conditions
- Withdraw consent for processing
- For Biometric Data: Disable biometric authentication anytime in app settings. This immediately stops all biometric processing.
- For Contact Data: Revoke contact access permissions through your device settings. This will disable contact-based recipient selection.

6. Mobile App Specifics
Biometric Authentication
When you enable biometric login:
- Authentication occurs entirely on your device
- We never receive or store your fingerprint/face data
- You can disable this feature anytime in settings
- We only receive a binary (yes/no) authentication result
Contact Access
When you grant contact access:
- We only access contacts when you initiate a payment
- Full contact lists never leave your device
- Only selected recipient numbers are transmitted
- You can revoke access anytime in device settings
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be:
- Notified through your registered email
- Announced via in-app notifications
- Highlighted at the top of this document for 30 days
